Aircraft Care & Preservation
Your airplane, handled.
A long-term, relationship-based approach to detailing, protection, and ramp presence — a known standard, and a crew that already knows your aircraft.
Owners don't want to think
“Who do I call this time?”
They want to think
“My airplane is handled.”
Non-mechanical appearance and preservation only. No mechanical or airworthiness maintenance is performed.
What It Is
Build a protected baseline. Then preserve it.
Aircraft Care is a planned program of three to four total visits per year, including an initial foundation visit. We establish a protected baseline first, then preserve it through scheduled follow-up care — keeping the aircraft consistently clean, protected, and presentation-ready without starting over each time.
A real standard (not a one-off)
You're not starting from scratch each time. We build protection first, then maintain it — less aggressive cleaning, better preservation, and a consistently better look year-round.
Planned, not reactive
Three to four total visits per year, scheduled around your flying — so the aircraft stays presentation-ready without emergency phone calls.
Preservation over time
Coatings, finishes, and materials are maintained — not rushed or reset. Appearance stays stable across seasons and usage.
Designed for owners who:
- Care about long-term finishes and resale preservation
- Prefer planned service over reactive calls
- Want consistent ramp-ready presentation
- Value a familiar, trusted crew around their aircraft
Stage One
The Foundation.
Stage One is the most comprehensive visit your aircraft will receive. This is where we remove buildup, correct neglect, and apply protection so future care stays preservation-focused.
Exterior Detail & Preparation
- Aviation-approved wash (safe methods)
- Water spot & mineral deposit removal
- Oxidation reduction & paint decontamination (as applicable)
- Bug, exhaust, and carbon removal
- Belly degreasing (high-contamination areas)
- Brightwork cleaning/polishing (as applicable)
Reactive Polymer Protection
- Reactive polymer coating bonded to painted surfaces
- Creates a sacrificial protective layer
- Increases gloss and reduces surface tension
- Contamination releases easier during future visits
- Result: more shine, less sticking, less scrubbing
Interior Detail & Conditioning
- Carpet and upholstery deep cleaning
- Leather cleaning and conditioning (as applicable)
- Panels, plastics, trim, and touch-point detailing
- Interior refresh + spot treatment
From that point forward, the aircraft is maintained — not reset.
Ongoing Care Visits
Preservation, not correction.
After the initial Stage One foundation, Aircraft Care includes two to three follow-up care visits throughout the year — keeping the aircraft ramp-ready without resetting the condition each time.
Exterior Care Visits
- Polymer-safe exterior washing
- Bug and exhaust removal before staining
- Leading-edge focus and high-wear areas
- Spot treatment for mineral deposits as needed
- Ramp-ready presentation before/after trips
Interior Care Visits
- Maintenance cleaning for carpet/upholstery
- Leather wipe-downs and re-conditioning
- Cabin surface refresh and spot treatment
- Touch-point detailing (handles, trim, high-use areas)
Ramp Presence & Priority
Ramp realities don't wait for a calendar.
Aircraft Care clients are placed on a priority care list for faster access outside scheduled visits — subject to availability. These are not part of the standard schedule; Care clients receive preferred service terms and priority response compared to one-off requests.
Common priority scenarios
- Bird strike cleanup / insect contamination
- Weather exposure (rain, snow, coastal salt air)
- Belly grease, exhaust, and fluid buildup
- Pre-trip and post-trip appearance needs
Pricing Ranges
Priced for the work — not the aircraft's value.
Pricing reflects the depth of the Stage One initial detail, aircraft size and complexity, and the number of planned care visits. Final pricing is confirmed after an initial evaluation. Programs typically include three to four total visits annually.

Is Aircraft Care a good fit?
- 01How is the aircraft typically stored (hangar or ramp)?
- 02About how many hours do you fly per month?
- 03Any existing coatings, oxidation, or water spotting?
- 04Are you looking for ongoing care or an initial foundation?
Aircraft Care availability is limited to maintain consistency and quality. If you want your aircraft kept to a known standard, reach out and we'll confirm fit and next steps.

FAQ
Aircraft Care, answered.
What exactly is the Aircraft Care program?
It is a planned, relationship-based program of three to four total visits per year, starting with a comprehensive Stage One foundation detail and followed by two to three preservation-focused care visits. We establish a protected baseline, then maintain it — so the aircraft never gets reset from scratch.
How is this different from a one-off detail?
A one-off detail is reactive — you call when the aircraft looks rough and we correct it. Aircraft Care is proactive: protection is applied first, then maintained on a schedule, which means gentler cleaning, better long-term preservation, and consistent ramp-ready presentation year-round.
Do you perform any mechanical or airworthiness work?
No. Aircraft Care is non-mechanical appearance and preservation only. No mechanical or airworthiness maintenance is performed.
How is the program priced?
Pricing reflects the depth of the Stage One initial detail, aircraft size and complexity, and the number of planned care visits — not aircraft market value. Programs typically include three to four total visits annually, and final pricing is confirmed after an initial evaluation.
What is priority ramp access?
Care clients are placed on a priority care list for faster access outside scheduled visits, subject to availability — for situations like bird strikes, weather exposure, or pre-trip and post-trip appearance needs. These receive preferred service terms compared to one-off requests.
Is availability limited?
Yes. Aircraft Care availability is intentionally limited to maintain consistency and quality. Reach out and we will confirm fit and next steps.
